About Me

As a passionate and results-driven professional with 15 years of experience in the psychological and athletic field, I thrive on solving complex challenges and creating impactful solutions to an athletes performance struggles. As a former Division I tennis player and ex-professional, I know the struggles of the athlete mind. My graduate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University, Leadership and Organizational Psychology from William James College, and 15 years of technical and performance coaching in athletics from junior level competition to professional ATP 1000's semifinalists is a short list of my accomplishments. These experiences have given me the expertise to creatively and collaboratively solve the mental struggles that athletes of all levels struggle with. I believe in fostering collaborative environments and am always eager to leverage my skills to contribute to meaningful change.
